Tim's passion for food stems from his involvement in the many aspects of it nearly all of his life. With a background in restaurant management and a degree in Human Resources and Small Business Development from Cal Poly Pomona, Tim became an owner of Soiree Catering in 1985 joining up with Kathy Murphy (who retired in 2004). With his exceptional people skills, strong sense of style and an eye for details, Tim designs events that are no less than unforgettable.

Bruce joined the Soiree team in October 2004. An Orange County native, Bruce was previously with Crate & Barrel for 10 years where he developed a passion for customer service and a meticulous eye for design. Bruce brings creativity and a passion for food, presentation and detail to each of his events. In his free time, Bruce enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and family and trying new restaurants.

Marissa joined Soiree as an Event Specialist in October 2006. She spent the previous 2 years as the Events Coordinator for a Homeowners Association in Newport Beach where she planned 30-40 events and activities per year. Marissa also worked for as an Event Planner and Event Sales Associate for another Catering company in the years prior. Whether planning an intimate dinner party or a large extravaganza, Marissa consistently strives to make each event unique and memorable.
